I am sourcing candidates for a major company located in the Atlanta zip code of 30354. I am looking for someone with 5-10 years of generalist experience supporting large organizations.  Previous experience with titles of HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Busness Partner are ideal.  Experience supporting 2000 plus employees is needed. 70% of position will be in employee labor relations and  investigations. 30 % in performance management, succession planning, and project management.  This company has a centralized environment, so areas of talent acquisition, benefits, compensation and the like are handled within. Must be able to operate independently. Influencing skills are very important since this is a business partner role. 

This position is available since the previous person was promoted. Promotion is available after 1 year in the role. Excellent growth opportunities. PHR/SPHR certification desired.    Bachelor's degree is required and JD's are considered
