The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead revenue growth to $1M ARR within year one. For 15 years, we’ve grown through founder-led relationships and proven the product works. Now we need a systematic sales leader who can optimize our foundation (Pipedrive, Apollo, proven processes) and scale aggressively.
Report to: COO (co-founder) with high autonomy to refine processes, build team, drive revenue

- Flexible start: Part-time commission-heavy (15-20 hrs/week) now, full-time when institutional funding closes (expected after Ramadan 2026)
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue (60%)
- Own path to $1M ARR across Muslim Ad Network and MasjidConnect
- Close enterprise deals: Fortune 500, major Islamic organizations, regional campaigns
- Full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing
- Expand into high-value verticals (Islamic finance, halal food/CPG, tourism, real estate, education, healthcare)
- Leverage MasjidConnect DOOH as unique mosque-based advertising inventory
- Partner with charity specialist and Head of Agency on strategic opportunities
Optimize & Build Systems (25%)
- Audit and improve existing tools (Pipedrive, Apollo) and processes
- Fill gaps in CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting
- Create playbooks for prospecting, demos, objection handling, closing
- Design pricing models for different segments and deal sizes
- Establish metrics: conversion rates, cycle length, deal size, win rates
- Transform existing foundation into fine-tuned revenue machine
Scale the Team (15%)
- Hire and lead 2-3 account executives by end of year one
- Train on Muslim market: cultural competency, halal standards, authentic engagement
- Coach existing specialists to elevate performance
- Build high-performance, mission-driven sales culture
- Represent Muslim Ad Network at industry events and Muslim business community

- 5+ years B2B sales in ad tech, SaaS, digital media, or martech
- Proven quota crusher: Specific track record of 120%+ attainment (provide numbers)
- Systems builder: You’ve created sales infrastructure, not just followed it
- Strong closer: Consistently convert qualified leads to signed contracts
- Self-directed: Thrive with autonomy and minimal oversight
- Consultative approach: Solve customer problems, don’t just pitch features

Compensation Philosophy
We’re profitable but haven’t raised institutional capital yet, so we can’t offer FAANG-level base salaries. We offer significant upside through commission, equity ownership, and profit participation.
