
Job Description:
As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, support, and optimization of our Zoom video conferencing and Learning Management System platforms. Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless virtual communication and effective online learning experiences for our employees and clients.
Zoom Administration:
Manage and maintain Zoom accounts, settings, and integrations.
Schedule, monitor, and support Zoom meetings and webinars.
Provide technical support for Zoom issues and troubleshoot problems in real-time.
Train staff on Zoom features and best practices for hosting virtual meetings and events.
Ensure the security and privacy of Zoom meetings, applying the latest updates and best practices.
LMS Administration:
Oversee the daily operations of the LMS, ensuring system functionality and performance.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS.
Upload, organize, and maintain course content and learning materials.
Monitor and report on user activity, course completions, and other relevant metrics.
Provide technical support and training to LMS users, resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure the LMS delivers a high-quality learning experience.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Respond to technical queries from employees and clients regarding Zoom and LMS.
Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and user problems.
Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
System Optimization and Maintenance:
Regularly update and upgrade Zoom and LMS platforms to ensure they meet current needs.
Implement improvements and new features to enhance user experience.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align technical capabilities with organizational goals.
Provide regular updates and reports on system usage, issues, and improvements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of Zoom video conferencing platform and its advanced features.
Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, preferably Cypher Neo LMS.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Experience:
0- 2 years of experience in a technical support or administrative role, preferably related to Zoom and LMS platforms.
Experience in training and supporting users on technical platforms.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze system performance data and make informed recommendations.
