Echo Voyages is a travel agency based in Boumerdès, Algeria offering organized tour packages to Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, and Spain; flight and hotel reservations; visa assistance; and specialized Islamic pilgrimage services including Umrah packages and Hajj arrangements with premium accommodations and religious guides.

Position Overview

This is a commercial sales front-line role supporting the agency's full travel portfolio. The position is offered on a fixed-term CDD (Contrat de Durée Déterminée) contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on travel and Umrah/Hajj package offerings
• Actively promote and sell travel and tourism services
• Prepare quotes and manage client reservations from booking to completion
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and portfolio expansion
• Participate in commercial and marketing initiatives to meet sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Bac +3 / Licence LMD (tertiary education minimum)
• Strong oral communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and negotiation abilities
• Teamwork orientation
• Basic computer literacy
• Sales and target-achievement focus
• Tourism or sales experience preferred
