Bellboy (Guest Services Assistant)

Home Suites Baku-Halal Hotel is a halal-certified hospitality establishment in Baku's Bayıl district, dedicated to providing Muslim guests and travelers with fully halal-compliant accommodation and Islamic-friendly services. The hotel operates a 24-hour front desk and offers halal dining as part of its core service offering.

**Role Overview:**

The Bellboy serves as a front-line guest services assistant, providing welcoming and supportive service to hotel guests from the moment of arrival. This is an entry-level position with full on-the-job training provided—no prior hospitality experience is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with their immediate needs, and orient them to the hotel's facilities and services
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, nearby attractions, and the local Baku area
• Receive and manage courier and delivery packages, ensuring timely dispatch to guest rooms
• Guide and escort guests through the hotel premises to their rooms or designated areas
• Deliver ongoing guest support throughout their stay, responding promptly to requests and ensuring comfort

**Requirements:**

• Male applicant, age up to 30 years
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and disciplined work approach
• Professional and organized demeanor
• Fluency in Russian and English for effective guest communication
• No prior hospitality experience required—comprehensive training is provided
