Business Development Fellow (APAC) - Seasonal hire

LaunchGood is a global fundraising platform dedicated to supporting Muslims and Islamic organizations in launching impactful initiatives and raising funds for causes worldwide. This seasonal business development fellowship is a 3–4 month remote contract role primarily targeting candidates based in Australia, though applications from across the APAC region are welcome.

In this role, you will scout and onboard new charities and nonprofit organizations onto the LaunchGood platform, while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients. You will work to increase platform engagement and fundraising activity, particularly during peak giving seasons such as Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective charities and organizations to bring them onto the LaunchGood platform
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with nonprofit partners to strategize and execute successful fundraising campaigns
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for LaunchGood's products, services, and features to maximize client value
• Support senior business development managers in campaign setup and optimization
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and communications within the company CRM system
• Work toward individual and team revenue and engagement targets
• Coordinate with internal teams across the organization to enhance customer experience and satisfaction

• Proven sales and account management experience
• Excellent communication skills (listening, negotiation, and presentation)

• Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Established connections within the Muslim nonprofit or charity sector
• Background in digital or physical fundraising
• Familiarity with Muslim community values and organizations
• Based in Australia (especially encouraged)
