Business Development Fellow – North America (Seasonal)

LaunchGood is a global Muslim-owned crowdfunding and community fundraising platform dedicated to enabling Islamic charities, mosques, nonprofits, and community groups to run impactful fundraising campaigns. We are seeking Business Development Fellows for our North America region on a seasonal, full-time remote basis through December 31st (approximately 3 months). This position is open exclusively to North America-based applicants.

**Role Overview**

As a Business Development Fellow, you will expand LaunchGood's client base across North America, focusing on Muslim charities, Islamic organizations, and community groups. The role is relationship-driven and embedded in the Muslim nonprofit and charity sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Scout and support lead-generation initiatives to identify and onboard new charities and organizations onto the LaunchGood platform
• Build and maintain relationships with existing organizational clients to strategize and execute successful fundraising campaigns
• Focus efforts on peak giving seasons, particularly Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah
• Upsell and cross-sell LaunchGood's services, products, and platform features to grow revenue from existing accounts
• Work alongside senior business development managers to support the design and launch of fundraising campaigns
• Document all client and prospect interactions accurately in the company CRM system
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to improve client satisfaction and campaign outcomes

**Requirements & Qualifications**

• Prior sales and account management experience
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize competing tasks and solve problems independently
• Established network or presence within the Muslim charity or community sector (preferred)
• Prior experience with digital and physical fundraising (valued)
• Genuine familiarity with Muslim community values
• Reliable access to laptop, phone, and internet connection

**Working Environment**

This is a fast-paced, target-oriented remote role best suited to candidates with existing ties to the North American Muslim community or charity landscape.
