We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development / Sales Executive to help accelerate our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue generation. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and technical teams to connect client needs with impactful software solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to create accurate project scopes, timelines, and estimates.
Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry-related opportunities.
Contribute to sales strategies and growth initiatives to help scale the business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of software development services and the IT industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines effectively.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
Existing network or connections within the software development industry is a plus.
