Chargé(e) Voyage Organisé et Omra

Toulagh Travel, an Algerian travel agency specializing in Umrah (Islamic pilgrimage) and organized leisure travel packages, is hiring a Travel & Umrah Coordinator for a fixed-term contract role with potential renewal.

This position blends sales, operations, and client relations. The successful candidate will both promote travel products and manage their operational delivery. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, food service, or leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize complete itineraries for packaged tours and Umrah pilgrimages, aligning with client requirements and logistical constraints
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground service providers to ensure smooth trip execution
• Manage client administrative files and documentation from booking through completion
• Process reservations and handle payment transactions
• Provide on-site support and accompaniment before, during, and after client trips
• Troubleshoot travel disruptions and resolve issues proactively
• Promote agency offerings and respond to client enquiries
• Maintain and update client and itinerary databases
• Support the sales team in meeting commercial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Licence LMD, Bac +3) or vocational diploma (Bac +2 TS) in tourism, hospitality, or management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel reservation software
• Fluent French (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is beneficial
• Valid driving license preferred
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and customer-service mindset
