Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research, a prominent Islamic research and media organization, seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to lead strategy and operations. This full-time senior executive role is based in Dallas, TX or fully remote within the US and Canada.

**Role Overview:**

As CMO, you will own the complete marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, audience growth, and digital fundraising results across all channels. This combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategy across all digital channels
• Lead three departments: Marketing, Creative (Design), and Media
• Manage digital fundraising campaigns supporting the institute's mission
• Drive audience growth and brand visibility for core content products and new initiatives
• Collaborate with product leadership on demand generation
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing, creative, and media teams
• Ensure all initiatives align with the mission of producing authentic, academically grounded Islamic content

**Required Qualifications:**

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
• Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies and multi-channel execution
• Proven track record managing fundraising campaigns at scale
• Experience marketing to multiple audience segments
• Strong communication and organizational leadership skills
• Data-driven decision-making approach
• Strategic and innovative thinking
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills with product leadership
• Full mission alignment with authentic Islamic scholarship
