CNA / Muslim Female Caregiver — Urdu & English Speaking (Elderly Home Care)

Nouveau Healthcare, an independently operated home care agency in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Muslim female caregiver (preferably under age 50) to provide compassionate, attentive in-home support for an 83-year-old woman.

**Role Overview**

As a home care aide/personal care assistant, you will provide essential daily support to an elderly client, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and basic health monitoring. This is a direct employer position with rapid hiring decisions made by local management.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist with personal care activities (hygiene, mobility, dressing, grooming)
• Prepare nutritious Pakistani meals suited to the client's health needs, including diabetes-friendly options
• Monitor basic health indicators and provide compassionate, attentive emotional support
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

**Requirements & Qualifications**

• Fluent in Urdu with strong English communication skills (required for effective interaction with client and family)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience with elderly patients
• Demonstrated experience caring for clients with chronic health conditions, particularly diabetes
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (~47 hours per week)
• Willingness to obtain background clearance; professional caregiving standards and integrity
