Customer Account Executive

Musaffa Financial Solutions is a halal fintech platform headquartered in New York, Tashkent, and Dubai, dedicated to enabling Muslim investors worldwide to invest in a Sharia-compliant manner. The company offers halal stock and ETF screening, Islamic finance education, and Sharia-certified wealth management tools, with continuous oversight from a Shariah supervisory board.

The Tashkent office is hiring a Customer Account Executive for full-time, permanent on-site work in the Yashnabad District. This role focuses on client onboarding and ongoing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage newly registered and inactive users through CRM platforms and targeted email outreach
• Deliver clear, accurate product explanations using company materials
• Guide customers through account registration, KYC identity verification, and complete account setup
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM systems
• Escalate technical, legal, and compliance issues to appropriate internal teams
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams
• Meet activation targets and maintain service quality standards

Required Qualifications

• IELTS score of 7.0 or above overall, with Writing and Speaking each at 7.0 or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Zero to three years of customer service or fintech experience (no prior experience required)
• Foundational knowledge of investments (stocks, ETFs, portfolios)
• CRM platform proficiency and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work European or US business hours (evening/night shifts, seven hours per day)
• Flexibility with six-days-on, one-day-off schedule

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Six days on, one day off rotation
• Seven-hour shifts during evening or night hours to align with European/US time zones
• $700–$1,000 USD per month (before taxes), paid twice monthly
