Lead recruitment and onboarding
Develop HR policies and systems
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Support team development and culture
Basic Requirements
7–10+ years in HR or people operations
Leadership experience managing teams
Experience building HR systems
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (SHRM or equivalent)
Experience in nonprofit organizations
