Donor Care Agent

Human Appeal USA, a faith-based international humanitarian organization, seeks a Donor Care Agent for a seasonal position at its Irving, Texas office (Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area).

Role Overview

As a Donor Care Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Human Appeal's donor community, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with new and existing supporters. You will communicate transparently about the organization's humanitarian impact, ensuring donors understand how their contributions directly support vulnerable populations globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication with donors via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide regular updates on how donor funds are deployed across local and international humanitarian programmes
• Professionally encourage and process donor contributions
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and organizational conferences
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, directors, and donors
• Assist the Donor Care Supervisor with organizational priorities and departmental objectives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods; capable of occasional light lifting (up to 12 lbs)
• Fully on-site position based in Irving, Texas
