Executive PMO Support (Project Manager)

Islamic Coin is a Sharia-compliant fintech platform operating on the HAQQ blockchain network, created specifically to serve the global Muslim community. The organization is seeking an Executive PMO Support professional to lead cross-functional project and business development initiatives in a fully remote, global role.

Role Overview

This position bridges executive operations, business development, and project management. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from conception through delivery, manage departmental tasks, maintain partner relationships, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage departmental projects and maintain active partner communications
• Lead projects from conception to completion, accountable for scope, budget, timeline, and outcomes
• Conduct market research to identify growth and partnership opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, technology, finance, and legal teams
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress; report outcomes to senior leadership
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment
• Drive strategic business development initiatives to support company growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in business development, sales, or project delivery

Essential Competencies

• Project management expertise (planning, budgeting, scheduling)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic planning capability with proven track record of executing business initiatives
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management software, and analytics tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• PMP certification desired but not required

Compensation & Terms

• Salary: $116,000–$163,000 USD annually
• Full-time, fully remote, globally distributed position
