Finance Manager — Remote

The International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to advancing Islamic Psychology globally through education, certification, research, and community engagement. They seek a full-time Finance Manager to oversee financial health and develop sustainable revenue strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Record, analyze, and report all revenue streams: memberships, donations, course sales, sponsorships
• Build and maintain financial dashboards tracking renewal rates, monthly revenue, and key metrics
• Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and develop cash flow forecasts for strategic planning
• Develop and price membership packages
• Manage donor relations, stewardship, and execute fundraising campaigns
• Research, pursue, and apply for grants aligned with organizational mission
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and international financial requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on transparent reporting and financial governance

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years nonprofit financial management experience
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills

**Preferred:**

• CPA certification
• Nonprofit management background
