Finance Manager (Part-Time)

Droplets of Mercy USA, an Islamic charitable organization dedicated to serving vulnerable communities, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all accounting records in accordance with GAAP standards
• Develop, monitor, and oversee organizational budgets
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee internal and external audit processes and compliance
• Track and report on restricted grant funds with detailed documentation
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations and all regulatory reporting requirements
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and strategic guidance to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA credential or Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nonprofit financial management
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in grant fund management and accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or equivalent platforms)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Position Details

Part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. Salary: $37–$39 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Remote position for candidates in the USA.
