Financial Consultant / Area Manager (Islamic Home Financing)

UIF Corporation, a leading Islamic financial services provider based in Southfield, Michigan, is seeking experienced Financial Consultants and Area Managers to expand its Sharia-compliant financing offerings across 32 US states. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects in your assigned territory, responsible for marketing and closing Islamic home financing products while building long-term relationships within Muslim-American communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Market UIF's complete portfolio of Islamic financing products (home mortgages, commercial loans, vehicle financing, and deposit accounts) to qualified prospects in your dedicated territory
• Generate awareness and leads by actively engaging in community outreach, including attendance at masjid events and Muslim-American community gatherings
• Convert qualified leads into funded transactions through effective sales and relationship-building
• Maintain and grow your client base through proactive relationship management and follow-up
• Leverage company-provided marketing materials, lead support, and territory protection to maximize your productivity

What We're Looking For

• Background in mortgage banking, financial services, or sales (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated community involvement within Muslim-American networks and organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build trust and credibility with faith-based communities
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline and time management capabilities
• Comfortable working independently within a structured territory framework
