What We Offer
$16 per hour depending on experience
Paid, hands-on training - no experience required
Flexible scheduling - full-time and part-time available
Day and evening shifts, Monday through Saturday (Sundays off)

9:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 6:00pm
9:00am – 5:00pm
Monday – Saturday
Sundays always off
What You'll Do
Prepare Halal ingredients following recipes with accuracy and consistency
Clean, trim, and portion poultry and assist with all recipe preparations
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Maintain a clean, organized prep kitchen and warehouse
Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO freshness calendars
Lift and move 10–50 lbs of materials and equipment as needed
Work with focus and urgency to complete tasks efficiently each shift
What We're Looking For
No experience required - entry-level candidates are welcome
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with strong attention to detail
Able to follow directions and communicate openly with the team
Passionate about food and takes pride in quality work
Able to stand and walk for a full shift
Maintains personal hygiene and wears a clean uniform daily
A plus if you have:
Kitchen prep or food handling experience
Knife skills or experience trimming, deboning, and portioning poultry
Knowledge of safe poultry handling temperatures and cross-contamination prevention
Familiarity with FIFO inventory rotation and food safety standards
