Guest Experience Expert

Full-time entry-level Guest Experience Expert position at Courtyard by Marriott in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve Muslim pilgrims and visitors in the holiest city in Islam, where entry is restricted to Muslims only.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and respond to guest needs before they are expressed
• Manage check-in, check-out, and a wide range of operational requests and tasks
• Prepare required daily reports and documentation
• Provide guidance on local attractions, holy sites, and points of interest
• Maintain professional appearance and consistently uphold Marriott's service standards and brand values
• Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain guest confidentiality
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; occasionally move or carry objects up to 10 pounds

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior hospitality or work experience required
• No supervisory experience necessary
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
