Role Overview

Al-Muslim Group, a Bangladesh-based garments and textile manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and technically proficient professional to lead CCTV surveillance operations at its Head Office in Dhaka (Savar). This senior leadership role involves independently managing approximately 1,500 CCTV cameras and ensuring continuous, effective security monitoring and system operation across the organization's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and manage approximately 1,500 CCTV cameras deployed across factory premises, production floors, warehouses, offices, entry/exit points, and other critical areas.
• Supervise CCTV monitoring activities to detect suspicious behavior, security breaches, theft, unauthorized access, and safety violations.
• Manage CCTV control room operations, including multiple monitors, DVR/NVR systems, and video management software (VMS).
• Ensure proper recording, storage, backup, retrieval, and preservation of CCTV footage for investigations and audits.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of camera failures, blind spots, recording issues, network problems, and technical faults with IT and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain camera mapping, monitoring schedules, incident logs, and surveillance reports.
• Review recorded footage and provide evidence for internal investigations, disciplinary matters, security incidents, and management inquiries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and controlled access of surveillance footage, preventing unauthorized viewing, copying, or sharing.
• Coordinate with Security, Administration, HR, Compliance, and IT departments to strengthen overall security arrangements.
• Prepare regular surveillance reports, incident summaries, equipment status reports, and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience, ideally in the garments, textile, or garments accessories sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, CCTV networking, VMS, video storage, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in large manufacturing facilities, garments factories, industrial establishments, or corporate offices preferred.
• Minimum age: 35 years. Note: This posting specifies that only male candidates are eligible.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be honest, disciplined, proactive, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.

Employment Details
