KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily Hifdh instruction, including listening to and evaluating Sabaq, Sabaq Para, and Manzil.
Ensure strong retention, accuracy, and consistency in students' memorization.
Correct Tajweed errors with precision, clarity, and consistency.
Monitor student progress and identify areas of weakness early.
Maintain discipline, structure, and a positive learning environment.
Track student progress and ensure alignment with program expectations.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
Collaborate with administration and fellow instructors to maintain program standards.
Serve as a role model in character, adab, punctuality, and professionalism.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Hafiz of the Qur'an with Ijazah.
Strong mastery of theoretical and applied Tajweed (makharij and sifat).
Prior teaching experience in a structured Hifdh setting.
Ability to motivate students while maintaining firm expectations.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient, and mentorship-driven approach.
Effective communication skills in English.
