Hotel Receptionist

Rawad Al Manasik Hotel Operations Company operates hospitality properties dedicated to serving pilgrims undertaking Hajj and Umrah in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site Hotel Receptionist position sits at the heart of the guest experience, serving visitors from diverse national and linguistic backgrounds.

Role Overview

You will manage core front-desk and reception services, serving as the primary contact point for guests and coordinating with external partners throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date reservation records and organize all booking documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service across the reception desk and resolve guest complaints professionally and effectively
• Ensure consistent implementation of hotel policies and operational procedures in daily operations
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with travel agencies, pilgrimage tour operators, and online booking platforms
• Review room rates and pricing structures, generate accurate invoices, and ensure billing aligns with established pricing policies

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Saudi national (requirement)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced pilgrimage services environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Comfort working with guests from diverse backgrounds and languages

Compensation: SAR 4,000–4,500 per month
