Islamic Religion Teacher (Academic Year 2026–2027)

Westview International Language School, operating via the Egypt Education Platform, seeks a full-time Islamic Religion Teacher for the 2026–2027 academic year at its 6th of October City campus in Egypt.

**Role Overview**

You will develop and teach Islamic Religion lessons tailored to curriculum standards and grade-level requirements, fostering student understanding of Islamic principles, history, and cultural heritage.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and deliver Islamic Religion lessons aligned with established curriculum standards for assigned grades
• Support students in developing meaningful knowledge of Islamic principles, history, and cultural traditions
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, timely feedback to guide learning
• Create an inclusive classroom that respects and celebrates students' diverse backgrounds
• Work with colleagues to integrate Islamic teachings across the broader curriculum
• Maintain active engagement with parents and guardians on students' educational and spiritual progress
• Participate in school events, professional development activities, and ongoing training

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Religious Education, or closely related field
• Relevant teaching qualification or certification (preferred)
• Prior experience teaching Islamic Religion at primary or secondary level (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a respectful, supportive learning environment
• Commitment to student development and building positive school community relationships
