IT Systems Project Manager – MOE (Chef de Projet SI – MOE), Multiple Profiles

Bank Assafa, Morocco's leading participatory bank specializing in shariah-compliant Islamic financial products (Murabaha, Ijara), is recruiting multiple IT Systems Project Managers (MOE – Maîtrise d'Œuvre) for permanent positions at its Casablanca headquarters. Positions are open through August 22, 2026, with 3 openings available.

**Role Overview**

You will serve as the technical delivery lead (MOE) for end-to-end information systems projects spanning core banking domains. You will manage all project phases from requirements gathering through production deployment, coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and oversee information systems projects from conception through production deployment
• Gather, analyze, and document user and business requirements
• Manage project scoping (cadrage), testing and acceptance (recette), and production deployment phases
• Coordinate between technical development teams and business stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and maintain deliverable quality standards
• Functionally configure and administer banking applications, particularly core banking systems
• Contribute to process documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications**

• Bac+5 degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management in a MOE (technical delivery lead) capacity
• Technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle
• Proven experience in one or more banking domains: Core Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, Digital Banking, Payment Systems, Payment Methods, SWIFT, or International Banking
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or waterfall)
• Analytical mindset with strong coordination and communication abilities across technical and business teams
• Banking or financial sector experience strongly preferred
