Harmonia Enterprise develops Masjid Suite, a digital platform purpose-built to help mosques streamline operations, strengthen community engagement, and deliver services effectively—prioritizing mosque-specific needs and community privacy over generic software compromises.

The company is hiring a Masjid Onboarding & Relations Specialist to build relationships with mosque leadership and communities, explain Masjid Suite's capabilities, and guide interested organizations through implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond to inquiries from mosque leaders, administrators, imams, and trustees via phone, email, or video call
• Clearly explain Masjid Suite's features, pricing, and benefits tailored to each mosque's needs
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and how they address specific community challenges
• Guide interested organizations through registration and onboarding processes
• Track prospect conversations and onboarding progress systematically
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance adoption
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and share insights with internal teams
• Maintain accurate contact and prospect records
• Support outreach initiatives to grow Masjid Suite's mosque partner network

**Requirements:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with mosque leadership and community figures
• Proficiency with email, video-calling, and standard software platforms
• Fluent English; additional community languages valued
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong cross-cultural respect
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently
• Organized approach to follow-up and relationship management
• Self-direction and reliability in a remote setting
• Genuine commitment to supporting mosques and strengthening Muslim communities
• Beneficial: prior experience in sales, customer service, onboarding, or community outreach; familiarity with mosque operations or community-serving organizations

**Compensation & Work Arrangement:**

• Contract role, part-time with flexible scheduling
• USD $20–25 per hour, paid for hours worked (including onboarding consultations)
