Mortgage Account Executive (Somali/English Bilingual)

Guidance Residential, the nation's largest provider of Sharia-compliant home financing, is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to drive sales of Islamic home financing solutions to the Muslim-American community in the Columbus, OH area.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person sales position focused on outside sales to individuals, real estate agents, and builders. You will represent Guidance Residential's faith-based financing program and guide clients through homebuying or refinancing with transparent, professional service. The role targets 3–4 loan closures monthly and offers uncapped earning potential through a 100% commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process, ensuring a transparent and professional customer experience
• Convert qualified leads into funded contracts, targeting 3–4 monthly closures
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups, prompt lead responses, and strategic networking
• Host educational seminars and outreach events at local mosques and Muslim community organizations
• Build strong relationships with referral partners including real estate agents, builders, and community leaders
• Collect and review loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Somali or Arabic (required)
• Demonstrated familiarity with and connection to local Muslim-American communities and mosques
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person channels
• Willingness to work in-person in Columbus, OH
