Mortgage Account Executive (Urdu/English Bilingual)

Guidance Residential, the United States' leading provider of Sharia-compliant home financing, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to serve the Raleigh, North Carolina area. With over two decades of service to the American Muslim community and $10 billion in Islamic home financing across 34 states, Guidance Residential is endorsed by seven leading Islamic scholars and the American Muslim Jurists Association (AMJA).

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking halal mortgage and refinancing solutions. You will guide clients through the homebuying and refinancing process using Sharia-compliant co-ownership structures, closing 3–4 home financing contracts monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying and refinancing using Sharia-compliant co-ownership financing models
• Close 3–4 home financing contracts monthly through disciplined pipeline management
• Manage an active client pipeline through consistent lead follow-up, community networking, and prospecting
• Host educational seminars at mosques, Islamic centers, and community events to educate the public about halal financing options
• Build and maintain referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, and Muslim community leaders
• Review and verify all loan documentation for accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Urdu and English OR Arabic and English (required)
• Demonstrated connection with and understanding of the local Muslim-American community and mosques
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Must be willing to relocate to or already reside in the Raleigh, NC area
