Online Quran Teacher

AlQuranClasses is an established international online Quran education platform that continuously recruits qualified Online Quran Teachers to serve students worldwide, with particular focus on native Arabic-speaking educators based in Egypt and the Arab region.

**Role Overview**

You will deliver authentic, one-on-one Quranic lessons in a fully remote, home-based environment. This is a flexible position available on both part-time and full-time bases depending on your student load and availability. You will work with international students from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

**Specializations Available**

Teachers may specialize across multiple subjects including

• Noorani Qaida (foundational Arabic letter instruction)
• Quran recitation with Tajweed rules
• Quranic memorization (Hifz)
• Islamic studies
• Arabic language instruction

**Student Demographics**

You will teach diverse learner profiles including children, teenagers, adults, women-only groups, and students with special learning needs. During the application process, you will indicate which student populations you are most comfortable teaching.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver scheduled online Quran classes to individual students
• Demonstrate and apply correct Makhraj (articulation points) and Tajweed rules during instruction and student correction
• Create a respectful, encouraging, and structured learning environment
• Track and support each student's progress toward their personal Quranic learning goals
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions with students and families
• Uphold the organization's quality standards and best practices

**Requirements and Qualifications**

• Islamic Teaching Certification (Ijazah): Preferred but not mandatory; applicants pursuing their Ijazah or without formal certification are encouraged to apply
• Strong expertise in Makhraj and Tajweed
• Teaching experience ranging from under 1 year to 10+ years; both novice and experienced educators are welcome
• Patience, reliability, and genuine commitment to student advancement
• Ability to teach and engage students across multiple age groups
• Comfort with online teaching technology and stable internet connection
