Program Ambassador (Sales) – Nationwide

Program Ambassador role with Guidance Residential, a leading Sharia-compliant home financing company with over $10 billion in funded mortgages. This is a flexible, commission-based position designed for well-connected members of Muslim-American communities to generate qualified leads for the company's network of full-time Account Executives.

**Role Overview**: Source and qualify leads for halal home financing products by engaging directly with the local Muslim community. Identified prospects are entered into the company CRM system and transitioned to full-time Account Executives for application processing and closing.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Generate at least 2 qualified business leads per month, with conversion targets of at least 1 funding application per lead monthly
• Conduct community outreach through mosque events, local Muslim-American real estate networks, and professional referral relationships
• Identify prospective homebuyers and refinancers who would benefit from Guidance's Sharia-compliant products
• Document leads in company CRM system with professional detail and maintain handoff documentation
• Manage follow-up communication with prospects and internal Account Executives to ensure smooth client transitions and positive experience
• Provide consistent activity reporting and maintain reliable phone and email communication

**Requirements & Qualifications**

• Deep knowledge of local mosques and demonstrated familiarity with the Muslim-American community in your geographic area
• Bilingual fluency in English plus Urdu, Bengali, Somali, or Arabic strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship

**Compensation**: Commission-only structure with no fixed salary. Earning potential $0–$50,000+ per year depending on lead volume and conversion rates. Compensation tied entirely to funded contracts originating from your leads.
