Project Manager

The Pilgrim is a London-based Muslim company dedicated to supporting Muslims on spiritual journeys, providing assistance to those in need, sharing Islamic knowledge, and preserving Islamic landmarks and heritage sites.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote Project Manager position reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead cross-departmental collaboration and work closely with senior management and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with senior management and clients to identify, define, and scope projects with clear timelines and deliverables
• Develop detailed project roadmaps and adapt them as requirements and circumstances evolve
• Allocate and assign tasks to team members based on their individual capabilities, skills, and experience levels
• Monitor and track project progress and performance to ensure successful, on-time, on-budget delivery
• Prepare and submit regular progress updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
• Foster productive and collaborative relationships with team members, clients, and all relevant parties throughout project execution

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management or related experience
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Comfort and proficiency working in a remote-first environment

Work Environment

Fully remote position based out of London, UK. This is a mission-driven administrative and operations role within an Islamic organization.
