Role Objective
Conduct inspection, sampling and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues promptly.
Sample materials from containers according to established procedures, ensuring accurate documentation.
Conduct daily and weekly inspections of the feed and fish feed. Report findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Perform regular testing of raw materials and finished products in accordance with standard operating procedures. Share results with concern units and address any inconsistencies.
Adhere strictly to the analysis plan for all testing procedures. Ensure consistent application of methods and update procedures as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, sampling, and test results. Organize documentation for easy retrieval and audits.
Collaborate with team members to identify quality issues and assist in implementing solutions. Promote clear communication and teamwork.
Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues immediately.
Strictly follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure proper procedures are followed, promoting consistency and reliability in laboratory operations.
Follow strict laboratory safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Adhere to safety guidelines for handling chemicals and equipment.
Adhere to safe disposal procedures for hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS GUIDELINES
Education: (Minimum)
Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or relevant science fields.
Experience: (Years and nature of experience)
1 to 3 years of experience with strong knowledge and will of working in Food Industry.
Candidates with experience in Food Industry will be preferred.
