Social Media Manager (Remote)

Position Overview

Labbaik Hajj Umrah USA, a Chicago-based travel company specializing in Hajj and Umrah packages for Muslim pilgrims, seeks a full-time remote Social Media Manager to build and execute engaging digital campaigns that guide prospective pilgrims through their spiritual journey preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok promoting the company's Hajj and Umrah packages and travel services
• Create compelling visual and written content that showcases package offerings, ground logistics, and international flight options in ways that resonate with Muslim travelers
• Manage daily community engagement, promptly responding to inquiries from prospective pilgrims
• Track and analyze content performance metrics, refining strategies to improve reach and conversion

Requirements & Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of proven social media management experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or religious/faith-based sectors
• Strong skills in visual design and copywriting tailored to Muslim audiences
• Ability to simplify complex travel logistics and present them as clear, engaging social content
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously
