Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) is Brunei Darussalam's premier private hospital, operated by Darussalam Assets—the investment arm of the Islamic monarchy. The centre is actively recruiting registered Staff Nurses for multiple specialty units including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Oncology, Operating Theatre, and General wards.
In this role, you will deliver holistic, patient-centred care that prioritises dignity and comfort. Working alongside doctors and allied health professionals, you will monitor patient conditions, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and coordinate multidisciplinary care delivery.
Key responsibilities include: developing and implementing personalised care plans; accurately documenting patient conditions and responding promptly to clinical changes; coordinating treatment across teams; managing medications and clinical supplies per hospital protocols and Brunei Ministry of Health regulations; maintaining strict infection control and hygiene standards; and pursuing continuing professional development to remain current with nursing best practices.
You must hold a Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Brunei Nursing Board with valid, active nursing registration and practicing credentials. The position preferably requires a minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Staff Nurse; however, recent graduates who are Brunei citizens or permanent residents are also eligible, and overseas clinical experience is valued. All applicants must submit certified educational credentials, police clearance, employment verification letters, and continuing professional development records. Non-Bruneian applicants require their home country's nursing regulatory authority to send verification directly to the Nursing Board of Brunei.
Full-time position. Application deadline: 31 December 2026. Apply through the Darussalam Assets careers portal.
