Supplier Account Executive – Hotels (French Speaker)

Halalbooking is a leading global online booking platform serving Muslim travelers, connecting them with certified halal-friendly hotels, resorts, and accommodations worldwide. The company was founded in 2014 and operates from its headquarters in Reading, UK.

About the Role

This full-time position is based at the Reading city-centre office and focuses on expanding and managing hotel partnerships across French-speaking territories. The Supplier Account Executive reports to a Supplier Account Manager and plays a key role in growing the platform's inventory and improving partner performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with hotel suppliers throughout French-speaking regions
• Recruit and onboard new hotel properties to expand the platform's regional inventory and availability
• Provide training, guidance, and performance coaching to hotel partners to improve listing quality, pricing competitiveness, and availability management
• Analyze account-level metrics and design growth strategies for assigned accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Connectivity, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless hotel integrations and resolve technical issues
• Conduct regular supplier review meetings and manage escalated partner issues
• Track and report regional performance indicators to management
• Contribute to company-wide goals of increasing property inventory and booking volume

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and French (mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven account management approach
• Excellent organizational capabilities for managing multiple hotel accounts
• Familiarity with hotel distribution channels, inventory management, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms (preferred)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Turkish or Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
