The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a multilateral development institution founded in 1975 and headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Technical Support Officer to support its Project Procurement and Financial Management department on an outsourced contract basis. The role focuses on digital transformation, systems administration, business intelligence, and process automation.
Technical Administration & User Support — Provide day-to-day technical assistance across enterprise platforms including JIRA, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint Online. Manage user access and permissions. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain collaboration platforms.
Digital Transformation & Automation — Support and implement workflow automation initiatives to streamline processes. Design and deploy digital solutions aligned with business needs. Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation tools into departmental workflows.
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics — Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Conduct portfolio-level analyses to generate strategic insights. Create ad hoc reports supporting business decision-making.
Systems Development & Testing — Document business requirements and translate into technical specifications. Liaise with internal stakeholders to define technical solutions. Support user acceptance testing for new systems and features.
