Job Description

HajjGuider, a Hajj and Umrah travel specialist with UK headquarters (207 Regent Street, London), is seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to support pilgrims from the United Kingdom in planning and preparing for their sacred journeys. Based in Makkah or Madinah, Saudi Arabia, you will serve as a trusted advisor to families and individuals navigating one of the most significant travel decisions of their lives.

**Core Responsibilities:**

  • Consult with pilgrims and families about Hajj and Umrah options, helping them evaluate and compare travel packages, flights, hotels, and rooming arrangements
  • Provide practical pre-journey guidance on documentation, mobility, timing, and preparation essentials
  • Coordinate internally with team members and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records to facilitate continuity and follow-up
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve company planning resources

**Ideal Candidate:**

You bring calm, clarity, and deep respect when working with families preparing for pilgrimage. You are organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in spoken and written English.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with Hajj, Umrah, or Muslim travel sector services
  • Background in pilgrimage operations or customer advisory roles within travel
  • Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, or Persian
  • Proven skill handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
  • Strong attention to detail with dates, documents, and travel itineraries
