About the Position
We are seeking a passionate, student-centered Elementary Teacher (Grades K–7) to join our growing school community in Fresno. The ideal candidate is dedicated to academic excellence, social-emotional learning, and creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that supports the whole child.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with California Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and CA ELD Standards.
Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and responsibility.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Learners and students needing academic intervention.
Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success.
Integrate social-emotional learning and character development into daily instruction.
Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and communication with families.
Start Date: August 2026
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience as a classroom teacher in grades K–7.
Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
Commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
Ability to build strong relationships with students and families.
