Pesantren Islam Al-Irsyad Tengaran is a well-established Islamic boarding school in Central Java, Indonesia, that operates according to Salafi (Ahlussunnah) methodology. We are recruiting an HR Staff member to support human resources operations within our administrative team.

Role Overview

This entry-level position supports general human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate demonstrating commitment to HR through academic preparation, internship experience, or organizational involvement.

Requirements

• Male Muslim applicants
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related field
• Foundational understanding of HR principles and genuine interest in developing an HR career
• Excellent communication skills and professional conduct reflecting Islamic values
• Fresh graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or organizational experience welcomed
